Who Are The Best Wholesale Real Estate Teachers?

I am a Midwest real estate investor and really like the idea of wholesaling houses. Quick cash in my pocket without tenants, toilets, and termites sounds like a plan for me.

Now that I’ve left corporate America, I’d like to put a little more time and money into my real estate investing education. I could even travel if needed.

I’m looking for some guidance on who are the best wholesale real estate trainers.

Being a Midwesterner, I’m already familiar with Vena Jones-Cox in the Cincinnati area. I think she is really good because she offers such great stuff in her free real estate training seminars. She gives away a lot of what others are probably selling.

She is doing another series of free 3 hour real estate training seminars in Cincinnati, OH on Oct 3 or 4. I just found out that information on the website http://bestfreerealestatetraining.com
